MIXED-USE COMPLEX 

This mixed-use project is situated at the edge of the commercial district in North Scituate. The 4 story building includes 25 residential units, as well as commercial space opportunities along the front of the lowest level. The design attempts to bring a New England style to a larger building to help integrate it into the traditional neighborhood.
