Jericho Road is a 4 unit multifamily building in Scituate, MA. The building is comprised of two levels with two units on each level, and parking underneath at ground level. This configuration was necessary due to flood zone regulations prohibiting the living spaces from being at ground level. A contemporary New England aesthetic was used to help incorporate the building into the traditional residential neighborhood.
